(CTL License) Caverly Technology License

The Caverly Digital Marketplace Personal License (CTL License) applies to individual purchasers who acquire digital products from our platform, https://cavrely.com, for personal or non-commercial use. By purchasing and downloading a product under this license, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. License Grant
When you purchase a digital product under the CTL License, Caverly Digital Marketplace grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the product for personal or non-commercial purposes. This license allows:

  • Use of the product on a single domain or project for personal purposes only.
  • Modifying the product for personal use without redistribution.

2. Permitted Uses
Under the CTL License, you may:

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Purchasing a product under the CTL License does not transfer ownership. You may not claim the product as your own intellectual property, even after modification.

5. Updates and Support
Products purchased under the CTL License may come with updates and limited support as specified on the product page. However, the CTL License does not guarantee ongoing updates or support unless otherwise stated.

6. Termination
This license is effective from the date of purchase and continues until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you breach any terms of this license. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and destroy any copies in your possession.

Caverly Digital Marketplace is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using the products under the CTL License. Products are provided "as-is," without warranties of any kind.
