Welcome to Caverly Digital Marketplace. This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Caverly Digital Marketplace website, located at https://cavrely.com, and all associated services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, purchasing a product, or using any service provided by Caverly Digital Marketplace, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced within. Caverly Digital Marketplace reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement regularly to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility

5. Purchasing Products
When purchasing digital products from Caverly Digital Marketplace, you agree to the following:

  • Pricing and Availability: All products are listed with their respective prices and availability. Caverly Digital Marketplace reserves the right to change prices, descriptions, and product availability without notice.
  • Payment: Currently, our payment system is under development. Once operational, all payments must be made through the available payment gateways.
  • Licensing: Each product is sold with a specific license (e.g., the CTL License), which governs how the product can be used. You agree to adhere to the license terms associated with each product.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy. If you believe there is an error with your purchase or need to request a refund, please contact [email protected]. We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

7. User Content
You may have the ability to post or upload content to our platform (e.g., reviews, comments). You agree that:

  • You will not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Caverly Digital Marketplace a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and reproduce your content on the platform.

9. Termination of Use
Caverly Digital Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breaching this Agreement or any of our policies.
  • Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities on our platform.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and any outstanding payments or obligations must be settled immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability
Caverly Digital Marketplace is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platform, products, or services. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our services.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Caverly Digital Marketplace harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law
